Mrs. S.V. Rajalakshmi is the Co-founder and Managing Director of the Company. She has successfully run Ecotech since 1994.

She handles Finance and HR and is the motivating factor behind the employees of the organisation.

She has been instrumental in bringing in procedures like CRM and is in charge of implementing CMMI-Level 3 for the company.

Mr. A.P.S.Velu is a founding member of the company.

He is a veteran of the apparel industry and has more than 14 years of experience.

Over the years he has been in close contact with CEOs and Managers of top apparel companies and has great success stories in implementing enterprise wide solutions. His expert advise and solutions have helped companies in scaling up their businesses, build in controls, cut costs at various points, and improve overall profitability.

He spearheads the product and business development activities of the company. He has successfully pioneered the development of integrated ERP systems for the apparel industry. Many innovative features of STAGE, the ERP software have been his brain child and developed by his bright team.
